QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR STORE POLICIES:

Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because candy is perishable and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, we cannot accept returns unless you receive the wrong items. Please double-check your order before purchasing.

If a product arrives defective, we will reship or refund it. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

Please note that we are not responsible for:

  • Breakage during shipping (but rest assured we pack things REALLY well)
  • Melted gummies shipped via non-expedited methods in warm weather

While we make every effort to display our products accurately, candy colors and shapes may vary slightly from the photos shown. Differences in screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing batches can cause these variations. These differences do not affect the quality or weight of your order, and Gummy Buckets cannot be held responsible for minor color or photo discrepancies and no refunds will be granted for this reason.

Any unauthorized returns will be considered ABANDONED and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations
We will often pack, and ship an order within minutes of our customers placing it. As soon as an order is "complete" into our fulfillment system (which can be seconds after you push that submit button), it cannot be cancelled. This includes cases of children making unauthorized purchases as it is the parents responsibility to keep their payment information safe.

Missing Item Policy

In the event that an order is received and there is a discrepancy as to a missing item, a claim must be submitted within 24 hours of physical receipt as determined by Fed Ex or UPS tracking. We will compare items ordered as well as physical weight of the package and issue a store credit accordingly.

Orders With Incorrect Merchandise Policy

In the rare event that incorrect merchandise is received, we will do our best to correct the error in a timely fashion. Please note that we record the filling of all buckets so we will first go back and verify this through this footage.

In the event of an exchange, we will ship corrected merchandise at the shipping service level at which it was purchased. For instance, if the incorrect merchandise was shipped via UPS Ground, it will be shipped at the same service level.

Please note that we requite notification of any errors with 24 hours of receipt as determined by tracking.

Policy if Candy Looks Slightly Different from Online Image

While we make every effort to display our products accurately, candy colors and shapes may vary slightly from the photos shown. Differences in screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing batches can cause these variations. These differences do not affect the quality or weight of your order, and Gummy Buckets cannot be held responsible for color or photo discrepancies. We promise, your candy will still be just as yummy!

QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR CANDY AND VARIOUS OPTIONS:

Will My Bucket Be Full to the Top?

Our buckets are sold by weight, not by how full they look. Some gummies are larger and lighter, so they can fill more space without weighing much, while others are smaller and denser, so the same weight may not look as full. To help with this, we offer a variety of container sizes—so in most cases, your bucket will look nice and full regardless. No matter what, you’ll always receive the exact weight of candy you ordered.

Can I make a Change or Request to a Mystery Pack or Themed Pack?

We are sorry but our Mystery Packs and Themed Packs come as-is. However, if you have a custom request you can make a custom bucket and get things exactly as you want!

I Want a Few More Choices than my Bucket Allows, Can I Pick a Couple More Choices?

We know it can be hard to decide! If you need a few more choices you can always consider adding a 3-choice 1.5 pound pack to your order as they perfect solution!

However to ,keep it fair for everyone our packs include the stated number of options.

I Don't Want my Candy to Mix Together - Can you do Anything?

You bet! At check out you have the option to have any sour/sugared and non sugared candy separated so your plain gummies don't get sugar on them.

If you want every choice separated into bags we can gladly do that for $1 per pound. For example, if you need your candy separated into bags and you order a 10 pound bucket it is a $10 fee. This option is available under "bags and extras". Please make sure you select this BEFORE you submit your order.

What are the Mixed, Layered & Separated Options?

At checkout, you have the option to have sour/sugared and non-sugared candy separated so your plain gummies don’t get sugar on them. Some people prefer a mix of everything, while others like their candies kept separate. If you want them separated, select SEPARATE—your bucket will then have two bags inside.

You can also choose MIXED where all candies are gently mixed together in our candy tumbler so that your various choices are distributed. This is perfect if you love a little bit of everything in every scoop.

Another option is to have your candy LAYERED, where we place one type on top of the other as we fill the bucket. This is the best of both worlds. These options are all included.

If you want each candy choice separated into its own bag, we can gladly do that as well. Please note there is a surcharge of $2 per pound to cover the extra time and bags. For example, a 10-pound bucket with individually bagged candy would have a $20 fee. This option is available under “Bags and Extras”, and you must select it at checkout. If you forget, you can send us a message and add it to your cart later, as long as we haven’t already assembled your bucket.

At checkout, please let us know in the Notes which option you want. If no preference is provided, we will default to layering your candy.

At checkout, choose how you’d like your candy arranged:

  • SEPARATE – Sour/sugared and non-sugared candy are kept in two bags so plain gummies stay sugar-free.
  • LAYERED – One type of candy is placed on top of another as we fill your bucket, giving a little bit of everything while keeping them neat. (Default if no preference is selected.)
  • MIXED – All candies are gently mixed together in our candy tumbler for a fully blended experience.

Please leave your choice in the Notes at checkout so we can prepare your candy just how you like it!

Extra Bagged Option:
Want each candy choice in its own bag? We can do that for a $2 per pound surcharge to cover extra bags and time (e.g., a 10 lb bucket = $20). Select this under “Bags and Extras” at checkout, or send us a message to add it if your bucket hasn’t been assembled yet.

Can I Order a Bucket wth Only One Type of Gummy?

Depending on the Bucket Size you pick you can select a maximum of 5-10 of any one candy. If you want more of something just increase the quantity and we're happy to help.

If you need a bucket full of just one item send us a message with your request and when you need it for and we'll let you know if we can help.

This insures we have proper inventory for all orders and prevents misordering.

What if I Ordered Something that is Out of Stock or Discontinued?

We do our best to keep our inventory up-to-date and for the rare times any items are out of stock you won't be able to add them to your cart (they will show as faded).

While we strive to fulfill all orders completely, we carry over 1000 gummies which inevitably go in and out of stock from time to time and this temporarily affects our stock. Likewise, sometimes customers place large orders with one or two specific candies and we have temporary unanticipated shortages of something we usually have a lot of.

Normally we can get more of anything in 1-5 days but If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know and ask if you'd like to pick another choice from our many options or if you aren't happy with that we can gladly hold your order until more stock arrives or we can refund you depending on your preference.

Why are there a Few Add-On Options that Cost Extra?

Most of our gummies are priced the same, but a few specialty items cost significantly more from our suppliers. To keep things fair, those premium gummies have a small additional charge. This way, we can offer the widest variety without anyone filling a bucket entirely with only the most expensive candies.

Do you Have a Store?

Yes we do! We're conveniently located at Old Town/Fun Spot theme park beside the Ferris Wheel and right at the front gates - less than 5 min from Disney World and right in the middle of all the fun!   NO ENTRY FEE AND FREE PARKING!

This theme park has no entry fee and rides, stores and food galore - pick up your bucket and stay for some fun!  YES, there is plenty of FREE PARKING or you can have your candy delivered to your residence or hotel or shipped anywhere you like!

QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING:

When Will I Get my Order?

Your candy order will be shipped out 1-2 days after you order (depending on the dat you order) and will take 2-5 days to arrive via regular mail or 1-2 days via our express shipping option. It all depends on how busy we are but we aim to get them out within a day. We mail packages Monday-Thursday (so orders don't get stuck in shipping warehouses over the weekend).

For in store orders it depends on how many people are ahead of you in line and the time of day you order. Luckily, we are in a theme park with free entry so we suggest you visit the store first to order and then go have fun while you wait!

Do you Have Chocolate too?

Not at this time. We focus on offering thelargest selection of gummies, and chocolate isn’t included because it can melt during shipping.

Where is My Order? Tracking Info.

We know you're excited to get your order - and we are excited for you to get it!! Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order has been mailed and you can find updates by clicking that link.

If you ordered at the store we will send you a text or email (depending on what you selected) to let you know when it's ready for pick up.

What are the Shipping Fees?

The shipping rates to each address are available once you type in your address at check out. If you need your order rushed then you can upgrade to express shipping and pay the difference.

During warmer weather months we HIGHLY recommend that you upgrade to express shipping and for express orders we do include free ice packs.

All International orders are shipped next day/2 day express to make sure they get to you in perfect condition. The cost depends on what Country it is going to and you can find out this amount by entering your address at check out.

Please note International orders MUST be shipped express so they get to you in good condition as we do not want you to be disappointed!

How Much is International Shipping?

For International orders the cost depends on what country it is going to and we charge you the difference between what we'd pay to ship domestically and the rate to your Country.

Customs Fees for International Orders:
Goods shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other charges, which must be paid before the parcel is released. These fees are outside of our control, and you will need to settle them with the shipping company for your parcel to be delivered.

Does My Order Cost Less if I Pick it Up?

Yes - absolutely, if you pick up your order you do not have any shipping fees to pay. For this please select "pick up I store".

Please make sure you wait until you get your confirmation that it is ready before you come to pick it up!

Also, if you are hoping to pick it up on a certain date just let us know and if that does change, yes we are happy to hold it for you.

What if I gave an Incorrect Shipping Address?

If you notice an error with the shipping address you gave us please message is right away and we will do our best to correct it. However, if the customer provides the wrong address when placing an order and it isn't corrected before it goes out, the following shall apply:

* If the order is returned us  in good condition the Customer will be responsible for the full cost of shipping and if the package is returned to us but the contents are damaged or if the package is lost No refunds will be given.

*If the package is en route and the customer requests a shipment intercept/address correction the customer will be charged $15 fee per package/box (this cost is a direct fee from our delivery service provider).

What if I Need My Candy by a Certain Date?

If this is the case, please message us before you order and we can make sure you have selected a shipping method that facilitates this and that we note it in our files.

We cannot issue credits or refunds for orders not delivered on specific dates unless (1) you notified us that you needed the order by a certain date AND (2) the order is shipped via an expedited method because delivery times for orders shipped by ground delivery methods vary from State to State.

If you absolutely need your products on a certain day, please let us know and we will do our best to advise you regarding the most appropriate delivery option.

How do you Keep Candy from Melting in Hot Weather?

Our gummies are less sensitive to heat than chocolate or caramels, but very high temperatures can still affect them especially in the warmer summer months. We recommend being home for delivery and, if possible, avoiding extreme heat when placing your order. For peace of mind, we may hold orders in our temperature-controlled warehouse or suggest expedited shipping during hot weather.

To prevent your candy from melting during hot weather months, it is highly recommended that you use our expedited shipping method. For all orders using expedited shipping in hot weather months, ice packs are included free of charge. We have found that with Ground Shipping ice packs often melt long before the package arrives, thus negating their usefulness. Cold packs will not last more than 2 or 3 days when it's hot outside.

Also, we may only ship meltable orders during the very hot months Monday through Wednesday if we observe it to be appropriate. That way, with FedEx/UPS expedited shipping should be delivered by the end of the week, and avoid sitting in a shipper's warehouse all weekend. If we're shipping to a residence, it is also helpful if someone is home to receive the package as the shipping companies often do not take our directions to leave your package in a specific place. We've tried to tell them a many times and do have stickers on the box asking to keep out of the sun

Please keep in mind that we will not be held responsible for any melted candy items, regardless of the circumstances.

World Wide Shipping Information and Customs

We are very happy to offer Global shipping to anywhere in the wold, however please be aware that we have no control over any customs or duties your country may charge you.

How is your Pricing Compared with Options?

We’re proud to keep our prices competitive while offering a wide variety of gummies. Because we buy in bulk, we’re often able to secure better rates and pass those savings on to you. Plus, we make it easy by bringing all your favorite gummies together in one place—delivered straight to your door—saving you time, shipping costs, and even a trip to the store.

How Long will the Candy Stay Fresh/What are the Best Before Dates?

We keep our stock fresh by constantly reordering, so your candy always arrives with at least 6 months of shelf life remaining (but more often 12 months or more). That said, let’s be honest—it’s so delicious, it probably won’t stick around that long!

Most candy keeps for a long time if you take proper care to store it well and lucky for you most of our options come in a bucket with a lid that you can seal.

Here are a few guidelines to help your candy stay fresh for as long as possible:

  • Seal it well. Make sure no air can get into or out of the container you use.
  • Keep it cool and dry. Store the candy in a place where the temperature is relatively steady and keeps cool. Some examples include, a closet or basement area. Avoid areas like near windows.

Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that these are merely guidelines and that you are responsible for the safe keeping and best judgement about whether candy kept over extended periods is safe to eat.

Do you offer Sugar Free/Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free and/or Halal options?

Yes we work very hard to provide a very large selection of gummies from around the world including Vegetarian/Vegan and Halal/no pork/no gelatin, Gluen Free and Sugar Free options.

What about My Food Allergy and/or Religious or Dietary Requirement?

Complete ingredient and allergen information for every candy we carry is available on our Ingredients page. We always list candies by their exact names so you can easily confirm details directly with the manufacturer if needed.

We’re proud to provide a wide selection of Vegetarian, Vegan, Halal (no pork/gelatin), Kosher, Sugar-Free, and Gluten-Free options. We also offer pre-made buckets designed to suit specific dietary requirements.

We take these needs very seriously and use dedicated scoops and careful handling practices when preparing your order. While every effort is made to reduce the risk, please note that cross-contamination is still possible. For this reason, we encourage you to review ingredients carefully to ensure each item is the right choice for you.

What are your Hygiene Standards?

Your safety and peace of mind are our top priority! Our facilities are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected every day. Team members always wear gloves, hairnets, and uniforms when preparing orders, and we follow strict handwashing routines. We’re also regularly inspected by local health authorities and remain fully compliant with all regulations. You can feel confident knowing your candy is handled with the highest hygiene standards.

How do you Verify the Kosher or Halal Status of your Candy?

We realize the importance of this issue and strive to bring you the most up to date gummy item. We have researched every item in both our Halal and Kosher categories to try and bring you the correct certification. However, as manufacturers do occasionally change their processes, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of our candy's status and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies of this nature on our site. If you are unsure of the certification status of an item, please contact the manufacturer.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

If I Sign Up for a Subscription are there are there any Fees to Cancel?

Absolutely not! You may choose to cancel any time after your second delivery and there are no hidden fees so you can cancel whenever you choose!

If you choose to cancel before your second order there is a 10% fee to cover the discount you got on your first order which you didn't qualify for in cancelling.

I have a Coupon Code - Where do I Enter It?

Coupon codes need to be entered when checking out, when you are on the information page there will be a box where you can enter your coupon code.

Is ordering from CandyStore.com Safe and Secure?

Absolutely! Gummy Buckets uses top encryption methods and does not permanently store any payment account information. When you place an order, any information submitted is securely encrypted by our third party payment processor.

Gummy Buckets will never sell or share any of your information with any third parties.

I hate spam! Does GummyBuckets.com Sell my Contact Info to Marketers?

We hate spam too! Rest assured we will never sell your email address to a third party. We will only use your email address if we need to contact you regarding a specific order. We receive many charitable requests each day, and while we’d love to support them all, it’s unfortunately not possible. Can I get a One-Off Bucket/Bag or do I have to subscribe?

All of our Candy Buckets and Bags are able to be purchased as a one off or as a subscription, it's completely up to you!
