Current Dispatch Times
We are currently dispatching orders within the following timeframes:
- Domestic & International: Dispatched within 5 working days (normally next day but for orders placed Friday-Sunday we dispatch on Monday or ASAP)

Standard Handling Times
We aim to pick, pack, and dispatch all orders the same working day if placed before 2 PM (EST) on weekdays (excluding bank holidays and weekends). However, during busy periods, processing and dispatch times may take up to 5 working days - check above for current dispatch times.
⚠️ Please note: If you request your order to be packed on socials, it may take longer to dispatch.
Customs Fees for International Orders:
Goods shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and other charges, which must be paid before the parcel is released. These fees are outside of our control, and you will need to settle them with the shipping company for your parcel to be delivered.
Delivery Prices:
- Ground Shipping (generally 3-5 days after dispatch) is included for Domestic orders in the USA: Available for orders over $100 via DHL.
- Expedited Delivery (generally 2 days after dispatch) is available for an uncharge of the difference between this cost and what we include for Ground Shipping: Standard charges apply.
All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier’s ability to deliver. Delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen events.
Important:
- If you refuse an international package or fail to collect it from customs, you will NOT be refunded.
- Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Kindly provide a valid physical address for all deliveries.
